The term "Bishala" in Ethiopian is "Bishaan Dawala," which translates to "Water Wind Chime." This selection is meticulously chosen from the prime high-altitude regions of Guji. True to its name, the coffee presents clear and bright flavor profiles, akin to pristine mountain spring water that strikes directly at the heart. The palate is invigorated with flavors of lemon peel, white peach, orange peel, and bergamot, each wave of taste as striking and persistent as the crisp and lingering tones of a wind chime. The experience resonates with the theme of water, building to a crescendo with each sip.

The inaugural batch of Water Wind Chime comes from areas soaring over 2,300 meters above sea level. Upon grinding, there's an immediate release of an exuberantly clear aroma of lychee, white peach, and gardenia. This sweet and lucid melody sets the stage for the 2023 season of Water Wind Chime coffee, a beverage that is sweetly robust and delightfully complex, truly a joy to drink.
